SERVPRO® of Midtown Manhattan strives to be the best cleanup and restoration company it can be.  We believe it is important that we continue to be trained and train our employees in the latest techniques of cleaning.  This page highlights our continued effort in training.

Certifications with the following:

	The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) serves as an independent, non-profit certification body to set and promote high standards and ethics; and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industry.
	The Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) is a nonprofit, multi-disciplined organization, dedicated to promoting the exchange of indoor environmental information, through education and research, for the safety and well being of the general public.

Convention Training Workshops

Each year, SERVPRO holds a national Convention for franchise owners to come together and not only celebrate successes and network, but to continue training in cleaning and restoration techniques.  The following are courses John and Jane Owner have attended at Conventions over the years.
  

Weekly Employee Training

Each week, we spend time with our crews getting them trained on the most up-to-date techniques in cleaning and restoration.  We know that we're only as good as our last job, and our people must be trained in order to keep up that good work.
